What verification means
SpeakerPacket is the CARFAX of the speaking industry, not the IMDb: a verified history report a buyer checks before a high-stakes booking decision, not a popularity contest.
Every claim on a verified packet is checked against real evidence. If it is on the packet, it checked out.
How verification works
Identity confirmation. The speaker behind the packet is confirmed during onboarding.
Profile review. Credentials, sessions, fees, and media are reviewed against evidence before the packet publishes.
Booking evidence. Verified engagement history accrues on the packet from real bookings, so the record gets stronger over time.
Ongoing checks. The record is re-checked as new evidence arrives. A badge is never permanent without the evidence behind it.
Trust principles
- Nothing for sale. We never sell anything that moves a speaker score or visibility. Trust is earned, never bought.
- Independent moderation. Paying speakers never touch moderation. Outcomes are published, not negotiated.
- Universal review invites. Planner review invitations are automatic and universal per booking. Cherry-picking testimonials is a terms violation.
- Evidence before badge. No Verified badge is issued without booking evidence. Everything else is labeled honestly.
- Audited integrity. Our integrity numbers get third-party attestation, and we publish an annual trust report from day one.
